We’ll run a fiber cable to your home and install a fiber converter (ONT). If you purchase or lease Wi-Fi equipment from us, we’ll install and configure that too.
Most installations are completed within about two weeks (10 business days) from the time you sign up. We’ll handle everything from locating utilities and burying the fiber to scheduling the final installation at a time that’s convenient for you.

Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) uses fiber optic cable connected directly to your home to deliver fast, reliable internet with plenty of speed for streaming, gaming, video calls, and more.
Fiber internet delivers faster speeds, lower delays, and more reliable service than cable, DSL, satellite, or wireless internet. It provides plenty of bandwidth for streaming, gaming, video calls, and connecting multiple devices at the same time.
No. Our service is unlimited. You can use it all day, every day, at no extra charge.
Yes. You can use your own router, but many customers choose one from us. We can help manage it, change passwords, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues at no extra charge.
We offer several speed options, from our Basic package for light users to our 1 Gbps Gaming package for heaviest of users.
No. We do not offer TV service. Many customers now use streaming services instead of traditional cable or satellite TV.
We also offer telephone service for businesses and customers who still want a home phone.

We offer several payment options, including mail, phone, automatic bank draft, credit card, debit card, autopay, and cash.
Yes. Service includes a two-year agreement. After that, service automatically becomes month-to-month. There are no contract renewals, even if you change your services.
No. Your monthly price will not increase unless you make changes to your service.

In fact, we’ve provided internet service for more than 22 years and have never imposed annual price increases, temporary promotional rates, or surprise speed upgrades that later increase your bill. The price you sign up for is the price you pay.
